My downstairs neighbour smokes on the balcony. It comes straight into my kids' room.

Their balcony is under my kids' window and it's every evening from 3 onward. I've asked twice in 2 months and been told it's their own home.

It is my own home and it's the one place I'm allowed. I'll move to the front of the building. What I won't take is a note through the door instead of a knock.
