8 months of a boiler that works when it feels like it and a window that doesn't close. The rent goes up $800 and the repairs list is untouched. I've stopped paying the increase.

Side B (age 20)

The increase covers a mortgage that moved and a boiler quote I've been trying to schedule around access. Withholding rent puts us in a legal process neither of us wants.
