Side A (age 20)
Nothing has ever actually been urgent. I answer everything by 9am. Being reachable at midnight became an expectation nobody ever agreed to.
Side B (age 34)
Nobody expects a reply at midnight. What's noticed is going quiet during an incident with no handover. Set the boundary and tell us who to call — the silence is the problem, not the hours.
