I escalated after 9 months and only once it was documented. Since then I've been left off two projects and the invites just stopped. Nobody has said a word to my face.

Side B (age 70)

Nobody was told anything, which is exactly why it's awkward — people filled the silence themselves. I'm not allowed to explain. That's the process working and it still feels like this.
