I gave 3 months of notice to hand over properly. Within 11 hours I was off the calls, off the docs, and being asked to "document things". I was trying to do this well.

The moment someone is leaving, my job stops being about them and starts being about the 3 months after. Removing access isn't punishment, it's the process. It should have been explained on the day.
