3 hours a day of being watched in my own front room. My work has not slipped once in 9 months. This is a trust problem being solved with a webcam.

Half the team never speaks and I cannot tell who's lost. Cameras were the cheapest fix I had. If there's a better one I'll take it — going audio-only without saying anything isn't it.
